I grew up in Fernandina Beach, Florida. I have been married 39 years and I have three children and six grandchildren (presently, one on the way). I enjoy reading, arts and music of all kinds, yard work, sitting on the back porch, and teaching my Senior Lady Discipleship Class. I hate housework and sorting things. I love interaction with young people, especially on the stage. Teaching school satisfies my "need to create." My teaching philosophy is "do your thinking on the paper." My favorite song is Leave a Legacy.
