Please check out the "Senior Information" board for more information about the new "Palmetto Calculator" to see how much you will have to pay for higher education in SC.

The Palmetto Calculator allows you to compare the cost of different schools, compare the cost of majors at each school, and see how much you will have to pay monthly after you graduate.

Please check out the information board to find out about the GetSmartSC website. This website allows you to find information about SC colleges, scholarships, student loans, apprenticeships, and more.

SC Promise Scholarship:



Freshmen and Sophomores!

Are you interested in attending a Leadership Conference at Clemson University this summer?

Activities will include leadership workshops, team-building, experiencing college life on Clemson's campus, community engagement, and whitewater rafting.

The cost is $100 for the week, and there are two options during the summer to attend the conference.

Attention Freshmen and Sophomores!

Are you interested in attending a Summer Arts Camp at Claflin University?

If so, please stop by the guidance office for more information.


Attention Seniors!

Please see Mrs. Brady about a scholarship opportunity offered by SC Student Loan.

You can apply once a month to be entered into a drawing to win a $1000 scholarship.


Peck Law Firm in Charleston will be awarding a $2000 scholarship to a senior.

The application deadline is May 31, 2019.


Attention Seniors!

If you are planning to pursue a degree in Criminology or Criminal Justice, there is a scholarship opportunity for you!

Also, if you are the child or stepchild of a member of the Police Benevolent Foundation, there are scholarship opportunities for you.

The application deadline is June 1, 2019.


Registration is now open for the Greenwood Genetic Center Junior Genetics Scholars Camp.

The Camp runs July 8-11, 8 a.m. to 2 .p.m.

Registration is open through June 7, 2019 for rising 10th-12th graders.

Are you interested in earning college credit this summer?

If so, please stop by the guidance office to get a list of classes being offered through Denmark Technical College this summer.

Registration is June 17-21, and courses begin June 24.
